That sounds too high. If it's from donations, that will be made up in short time, but if that is from actually damages to the campus, then doesn't make sense. Maybe they are counting the missed days when the campus was shut down and no one could go to work for three day, along with the HMB shutdown. That could add up, but not $10 million.
